Photo and Image Quality
Team Photogenic and photographers hired or contracted by Team Photogenic
are not responsible for any person with closed eyes or photos
that appear out of focus. Images posted on TeamPhotogenic.com are low quality representations
of actual photographs and may not always appear in or out
of focus.
All purchased photographs are proofed for quality
prior to shipment. Our photography lab will determine if the photograph
is acceptable or if the customer will be refunded.
Digital & Electronic Images
Due to the nature of electronic and digital images, we are
unable to refund these items. Electronic and digital images
are sold as-is.
Reprints & Refunds
Photographs requiring reprint or refund must be returned
to Team Photogenic at the customer's expense.
Customers wishing reprint may opt for digital images as an alternative. Digital images will be sent in lieu of a refund. When possible, images are sent via email.
Refunds may
be issued in the form of a check, regardless of payment method.
Refund checks mailed within 30 days for the amount of the
photograph(s) purchased and will include appropriate sales
tax, less the shipping, handling or processing charges.
